Fantastic hotel, situated on the waterfront, in the old town. Staff were ultra-professional, helpful and friendly. Breakfast staff worked tirelessly to ensure a wonderful, relaxing experience. Breakfast choices were incredible. The whole hotel is spotlessly clean, cosy and comfortable. Gym and sauna great.

Lovely waterfront view from our 6th floor standard room with king bed. Comfortable room with small, but very clean shower room. Fantastic breakfast included in price which definitely stood out and very friendly, helpful staff.

Absolutely breathtaking hotel in the perfect location in Gamla Stan. If I could change anything, it would be the gym facilities are pretty small for a hotel of this size..but it wasn’t a dealbreaker - it’s 24 hours so if you can’t get in when you want (which happened to us on Saturday afternoon as there were already a couple in there), we just went down a little later on. We definitely hope to return again soon.

We had one of the rooms with the sauna. Loved our stay there. Only thing, the room is quite loud, you hear everything what happens down the street… ( I have a good sleep but my partner needed to use the ear plugs provided) Staff was nice, especially the ones at front desk. Sometimes bit messy and uncoordinated at the breakfast although they have enough manpower. Nice surprise for our anniversary day. All in all a good place to explore Stockholm.

Excellent hotel. Great location for what we needed and the staff were very friendly. However, we were upgraded to a sea view room, which unfortunately meant that the hotel sign was right outside our window so it was very bright, even through the curtains. The room was also very very warm, even though it was 0° outside. Had to have the window open all night for it to cool down slightly.

The only concerning part was the hotel entrance. It's the very first thing before going up to the lobby where the front desk is. The entrance gave a wrong impression, it seemed that hotel was going to be less than what was expected. Everything else was great, clean rooms, super comfortable beds. We had saunas in our rooms which was amazing. Hotel provided toothpaste and brushes, shoe polish, vanity kit and much more. The restaurant was amazing, they have a young chef and he is a gem. Food was well prepared, delicious. Hotel has a prime location, that was also super convenient. Staff was very nice, they made sure we were comfortable and had what we needed. The hotel parking was too pricey though, $130 for a day. I left Jewelry behind after I left the hotel which sadly couldn't be found:( that made me very sad.
