"1st-troublesome to get the access card and it doesn't work for in and out of the car park, every in out still need to queue and wait for security guard. 2nd- workers didn't changed the pillow cases and bed sheet after the previous guests checked out. hairs and stain still remained. Dirty and smelly pillow still kept inside the wardrobe.3rd-all white towels didn't clean properly, stain and yellowish patches all over the towels. 4th-No response from management staff. Only send notices before...
