Cari Hotel di Johor

"In our initial room, the toilet flush was malfunctioning. It took nearly four hours to resolve the issue and successfully arrange a room change."

"I booked the corner suite and was very impressed with its overall size, cleanliness, amenities, and comfort. Judging solely by the room, it definitely met five star expectations. Parking was convenient, and I felt much safer knowing that security personnel verified visitor purposes before granting entry. The car park itself is spacious, brightly lit, and very clean. Check in was seamless, and we were welcomed with the signature DoubleTree warm cookie. During our stay, we opted for the breakfast...

"Breakfast was good except for the waiting time during peak hours where they took quite a while to clear tables and prepare the seating for us. Room was clean. Worth staying if there is an offer that comes with breakfast and maybe the water park( do note that during my recent visit to the water park, the wave pool was not properly maintain as water was dirty and the anti slip paint all peeling off) Will come and stay again if got chance as my family quite like it."

"The gym was extraordinary"

"Hotel was great. It was clean, staff were friendly and helpful. Facilities were great - the pool was nice to use. Great location. Couldn't ask for more."

"The 2-room suite (for 4 of us) was smaller than I expected but is comfortable and clean. The staff at the counter were most supportive, helping us with Touch n go related requests, among others. Location was easy to find, and is accessible without being in a crowded area. Breakfast is moderately good, there were better options on the 2nd day for vegetarians."

"Excellent location near to KSL and street shops, restaurants. Overall a good stay experience."

"Reception took 20 minutes to check us in and then told us the restaurant was closed. Woke me up by phone to demand we come down stairs to pay a tourist tax. The need a bit of a lesson in customer service."

"Great services and property for the price! Free mini bar and welcome gift. Nice memory here"
