"First off, this is a motel, not the Hilton. Kim was great, she was excited to see me when I arrivedThe room was clean, but had a slight odor of cigarettes. I attribute that to people standing outside of the rooms smoking and the A/C unit pulling smoke in."

"We stayed at this hotel for one night while we attended a concert at Santander Arena. While the staff was friendly and helpful, the hallways and rooms had a strong pet odor and recreational smoke smell. Every floor smelled that way, so there was no use in asking for another room. Part of rooms had been refreshed and were fairly clean, but the carpets were stained and needed to be replaced in both the hallways and the rooms. Based on our observations while we were there, this seemed like a hotel...

Unfortunately, we did not receive a call. We returned a few hours later, and the room was ready upon our arrival. However, we observed that the hallways, room, and dining area were not well-maintained and appeared to be dirty. Our room had only one towel, sticky drink rings on the nightstands and unclean...

"It seems like they are really trying. The lobby staff were so warm and welcoming and the room was nice but the bathroom was really not clean. I appreciated the key to get into the room so there aren't random people with access to the room. Everything was as expected for this hotel except the bathroom and shower."

"Staff was awesome and the hotel looked great. Only thing I didn’t like was the bed and pillows. Pillows felt like I wasn’t sleeping on a pillow lol and the bed wasn’t to comfortable but the everything else was great"
