"Chose here as has 24 hour check in allowing us to walk to hotel when flight landed late. Easy 10 / 15 minutes. walk from airport. Checked out early no problem so didn't use / see any of the facilities."

"A great hotel for families! Super location with great views (particularly from the comfortable deck), kind and attentive staff, and easy parking. A short walk to a bridge across the River Inn brings one to a nice, small park with an excellent playground situated on the wide-ranging river-walk which offers extensive opportunities for walking, biking, or rollerblading. "I stayed 2 weeks in April which included Easter Sunday. The BnB is right below Budda Castle and it's only a 1oo meter walk to Fisherman's Bastion. It's a very quiet neighborhood at night. Of course, lots of tourists during the day but it's still a quiet area. The room was very nice and clean with excellent service from a very friendly staff. Victor was always helpful when needed though he's only at the place a few hours every morning. But he's easily accessible by text/phone."

"We stayed early in the season (Dec), so the hotel was not operating with every possible amenity. Still, for a family holiday, it just barely sufficed, given the price. Pros: spacious room, nice balcony, good location to Rosshutte ski bus. Well heated. Cons: limited access to kettle, microwave, fridge. Games area for kids wete only at a charge of €2 for any item. TV service limited. Some parts of the hotel were well-used. A bit of a walk to town centre, although still relatively central....
