"Hotel au budget interesant mais vieillissant, les vitres de la chambre du 16ème étage n'ont probablement pas été nettoyées depuis la construction du bâtiment, les peintures sont fatiguées. L'emplacement est assez loin du centre ville et à cause du trafic et de l'absence de trottoirs, il est dangereux de s'aventurer dehors pour dîner le soir toujours prendre un taxi ou grab.
