"Front desk check in was super easy, very friendly and the cookies were a nice touch! Standard hotel room, it felt clean, our towels were clean, room was clean. The lobby area was very nice, we liked the lemon water station and coffee station. One of the elevators wasn't working but it didn't hamper our stay. "
"Hotel is currently under a lot of renovations…. Staff was wonderful, but the rooms in the Hill House are not great. I’m sure they’ll improve with the renovation. "
