"Property beginning to look like it needs a refresh. Walls scuffed up and could use some paint. Room look a little outdated."

She mumbled under her breath, went to the kitchen and started telling the other staff she wasn't cooking. No more sausage for these people that can't even do what she tells us to do. I stopped and confronted her. She said she had all the right to complain about the people that was not listening to her. I told her she did not have...

"Entire staff was kind, professional, helpful and attentive. Great property."

"Breakfast is good, parking is good, staff are wonderful ...... the man at breakfast (sorry I can't remember your name) is a lovely man and helpful :) Room is great :)"

"Everything was nice just seem like nacey wasnt to friendly"

"The basics of the motel were covered, but the AC unit in the room was stuck on "constant fan" all night, and cranking up the heat didn't seem to change the temperature of the blowing air. Also, the Direct TV service was weak, causing lots of buffering issues while watching television, and the WiFi connection was spotty and weak, making it difficult to work effectively. I understand it's a budget hotel, but there are some minimum basics that should be handled and covered."
