Jeg vil under ingen omstændigheder anbefale dette sted til nogle!! Hotellet er nærmest forladt vi var næsten de eneste gæster som boede der. Stranden ekstremt beskidt at det ikke kan benyttes. Vandlandet er helt ødelagt og beskidt, jeg og min familie tog derhen for at bade og fik et syn vi ikke havde forventet og var virkelig skuffet over stedet. Poolen på hotellet er virkelig lille og ekstremt kloret at din hud bliver irriteret af det og dine øjne svier dagen lang af alt den klorin der er i poolen. Derudover er bruseren på hotel værelset ligeså dårligt og virkelig saltet vand. Hotellet er langt fra hvad det viser sig på billederne og vil ikke anbefale på nogle måder.

Lots of fun activities for the family. Attractive architecture. Great sea views. Good air conditioned rooms with flat screen TVs. The only issue was in the morning no water in the 2 rooms our family was staying so we were not able to take showers before breakfast and by the time breakfast was over it was 10am checkout time so we left the hotel without showers. Otherwise our stay there was really nice.

Wir hatten für einen Tag gebucht. Letztendlich haben wir nochmal um einen Tag verlängert. Das Hotel braucht sich hinter großen Hotels wie z.b. das White Sands nicht verstecken. Ein tolles Hotel mit sehr super Angestellten. Das Zimmer was wir hatten war nicht riesig, aber groß genug für uns und auch super geschnitten. Alles sehr sauber. Das Frühstück war auch sehr lecker. Was da nur etwas stört, dass die Vögel immer reingeflogen kommen und versuchen an das Essen zu kommen. Da wir Halbpension hatten bekamen wir Abends ein Menü serviert, welches aus einer Suppe, einem Salat, der Hauptspeise und einem Dessert bestand. Man hatte immer eine Auswahl aus 2 verschiedenen Angeboten. Super lecker und reichhaltig. Der Strand vorm Hotel war auch super. Am Morgen waren etwas Algen und Plastik angespült ( wirklich wenig). Dies wurde aber von den Angestellten entfernt. So war der Strand wirklich sauber mit einem sauberen Wasser, was man wirklich genießen konnte. Auch der Pool war top. Nicht riesig aber völlig ausreichend und sauber. Nebenan befindet sich noch der Wasserpark. Dafür bekommt man an der Reception einen Coupon und kann dann gratis rein. Unsere Kinder hatten ihren Spaß. Super Aufenthalt. Wir kommen nächstes Jahr auf jeden Fall wieder!!

Lovely stay

We stayed for 2 nights as a family - 3 separate rooms last week. The food could be improved and the rate of service too. The rooms were amazing, big spacious and very clean! The grounds are well looked after and just so beautiful. There are different areas of the hotel to explore - we loved the sand banks and they arranged for us to get a boat to an island which was great! Thank you so much Kunduchi!

Barely 3 Star - NOT 4,5 Star...

This was a bad experience! Promotes as a 4,5 Star hotel, but barely deserve 3 Stars.....Some examples: towels handed out by pool was NOT cleaned, just hanged out for drying and handed out to New guests the day after. Promoted as WI-Fi free all over hotel. No signals in rooms, and VERY poor Wireless Wi-Fi elsewehere. Up to 1-2 hour waiting for room service. No ice cupes! Very bad Food / breakfast. Birds flying all over in the dining area. Photos promotion at hotels.com where extremely overselling the reality etc etc.

Úžasný relax

Krásný hotel s velmi milým personálem. Bylo o mně skvěle postaráno. Jediným mínusem je pláž, na kterou připlouvají odpadky. Snaží se to uklízet, ale je to marný boj. Jinak jsem se měla jako v ráji. Třešničkou mého pobytu byl narozeninový dort, který jsem dostala od personálu.

You should close down

I’ve been travelling for 19 years both for work and personally and this place is something else - Toilet in bathroom was leaking - Door of bathroom was rotten from water damage - TV didn’t work - Fridge was empty (even though there was a menu with prices for drinks in room) and it was rusted inside. - No room service menu in room (had to request this 3 times) - the room I booked on Expedia was different to my actual room - I paid to have a room with seating on a balcony but didn’t get one - music was thumping outside until late night on Friday and Saturday night - housekeeping forgot to leave toilet paper/shower gel or fresh drinking water twice - Pretty much has to call reception 3 times before anytime was auctioned - I went down for breakfast and didn’t like the buffet and asked if could order a la carte. I was told I couldn’t order anything until Midday. I spoke with the manager of the hotel and she had to go into the kitchen to ask the chef to make something for me. - I booked the hotel and they had a water park attached to it and my offer included free entry. I asked for my pass on Saturday morning and was told I couldn’t go as the park had a private booking. The person who checked me in on the Friday failed to inform me. - WiFi was terrible and kept on getting thrown off it. - staff not very well trained at front desk.

We booked online, and when we arrived to check in, they made us pay additional tourism fees. There was no hot water in the showers. The pools were dirty. Food was not well prepared - our ice cream was soupy and melted, our pizza dough was still raw... we asked for green peppers to be left out of food due to a food allergy, but they put green peppers in anyhow... they did nothing to take care of these issues. We were harassed by the security guards and not allowed to take photos on the beach unless we paid additional fees for each photo. It is a beautiful place with a lot of potential, but nobody is concerned about the small details that make a business successful. When a guest is traveling for a vacation they want to enjoy their experience not to be frustrated the whole time. We will never return to this place.

Kunduchi great for kids

Nice hotel and water park is great for the kids although more safety precautions would be good at the water park. Great staff and the management cared about guests and continuously asked for feedback. The receptionist named Chiku was very helpful, welcoming and extemely nice. The room we stayed in was a bit small and the food quality and variation was mediocre. Beach could do with cleaning and it would be good to have entertainment in the evenings. All in all a great family holiday location. Thank you team kunduchi!

Beatiful beach, Exhilarating Water park!

We were there last week for our 10th anniversary and enjoyed every minute of our stay. The white sand beach is quite a site. The Music will soothe any soul. Make sure you visit the Water park for the "out of this world" adrenaline pumping monster slides. Only drawback back is once you book online you tend to be treated as a second class citizen. In a subtle way you'll be told, "next time book directly with the hotel"
