"Property administration personnel was very rude and very short and unprofessional. He could not explain any of the questions I had about the many documents he made me sign which is something I never had to do at any other hotels. The hotel is Nit resort by far not. The minimum expectation is welcoming and hospitality was great. The rooms were not that great process will be horrible."

"This place offers an affordable price compared to other hotels in Traverse City. I chose it mainly to have a place to sleep. I used silicone ear plugs to help with noise since the air conditioning unit and traffic can be loud. It has excellent hot water and a small refrigerator, which I really appreciate. There is plenty of parking. I will stay at this place again."

The downsides though are that there is no access to the docks directly outside the rooms which I found quite sad, there is a small beach for water access which is convenient it’s just not very convenient if you rent kayaks and have to lug them all the way over. Another downside is not every room has a kitchen which my husband and I didn’t realize before booking, so we made due with the microwave and toaster. When we first arrived...

"We’ve stayed here several times, which says something about the property. My one complaint was breakfast. Rather than the breakfast they used to provide, they now serve boxed food. We tried most of the choices, and none were great, some were awful. I’m sure there are a variety of reasons they use these boxed breakfasts and I suspect it’s a corporate decision, but don’t expect a fresh breakfast. Otherwise, it’s a good place to stay."
