"The Holiday Inn Express in Acme (Traverse City), Michigan, is a great place to stay when you plan to sightsee around the city. The rooms are neat with the basic amenities, the staff is friendly and responsive, and the breakfast is tasty and served on time. The variety is typical, but served nicely. The halls are quiet, but we could hear activity in the room above us. Thankfully, it did not last long, and we eventually managed to get some sleep. This is our fourth stay at this HIX, and...

"Found it funny they came and did room service ( even tho I had a do not disturb sign up) a day before my 4 night stay was over... but besides that, everything else was fine and in-line with my experience and expectations."

"Lakeview room had a great view and balcony with 2 chairs, room size small, it did have a small fridge and large TV. Did not like that you had to go next door for breakfast. Older building but everything decent for the price."

"The room itself was ok, you could tell maybe new flooring and updated bed frame, but the rest of the room seemed old and outdated. The only staff I came in contact with was the person at the front desk when I checked in, she was very nice. The beach and the outside property were really nice. Great view. Spa tub was old and rusty, the bathroom was not the cleanest and could use some updating. The shower for sure was old and outdated."
