"The interior of the rooms is old and worn. Hopefully the updated lobby is a sign that the rooms are scheduled to be updated next. Housekeeping is questionable as one of my pillowcases had a stain and the sheets smelled like hand lotion. Told the front desk about the stain and was told they would make housekeeping aware but that was the only effort made to make it right."

Yet it still had an issue I would not expect in light of the overall quality of the establishment: the bathroom sink didn't drain. "The gentleman at the front desk was very welcoming and friendly. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Noise was an issue as we were woken up several times by doors closing loudly, and people talking in the hallway. We could also hear the TV in the room above us. The shower was a little disappointing due to low water pressure. Overall, it was a good deal for our two night stay. "

"Nice place a short driving distance from town. Room was clean, good bed, pillows, and shower. Very good breakfast with eggs, waffles, fruit, bagels and toast, oatmeal. Lots of food options along the road nearby. Trader Joe’s and Whole Foods also just down the road."

"I told the front desk staff that we were very sensitive to noise and the lady at front desk gave me the room on the first floor right next to the public bathrooms. I asked whether this was going to be quiet, and she reassured me and said yes. People were using that bathroom since 6:30 am, and I could hear everything. Maybe it was my fault for trusting her but please maybe just be a little more thoughtful next time. Btw, there were other rooms available. Also breakfast eggs tasted funky. "

"I prepaid for a room. Room wasn’t ready at check-in. We were told the lot was full and we had to figure something else out. Have a parking spot during a busy concert weekend is one of the reasons we picked to stay there. After the concert, waited 1.5 hours to get out of the garage we finally found a spot in. Went back to the hotel and was told they don’t have a room for us (supposedly because of a pipe issue, but more likely they overbooked). They offered us a room at another hotel that was 35...

"Parking is very convenient in a crowded part of the city with limited parking. It's free and in the basement. Not a lover of the decor, but that's a personal choice and has nothing to do with the overall function of the hotel. My biggest complaint is the odd choice of their room doors. They are extremely heavy and have a spring action shut to them that makes them slam automatically, causing a huge "bang" all through the hall even if you try to close the door quietly. Not sure why it has to be so...
