The room smelled of smoke and burn plastic. It wasn't cleaned under the beds for very long. The bathroom was not cleaned properly. the staff was nice and did their best.

Nice hotel and nice location and specially the view on the sea from the room and terrace, but the air-conditioning wasn't working and didn't fix it and I was unlucky with the noise, there was a construction next to the hotel.

Kahvaltı hariç herşey harika. Karşılama personel herşey çok iyi. Tek problem kahvaltı çok kötü diyebilirim. Oda kahvaltı ödemesi yaptık fakat 2 gün kahvaltıyı dışarıda yaptık. Bu düzeltilirse otel geneli harika temizlik harika odalar rahat tavsiye ederim :))

Konaklama ile ilgili tek problemimiz odaya ilk giris yaptigimizda 3 kisi olmamiza ragmen bardaki setlerin 2 kisilik olmasi banyoda kullanilmis sabun ve sampuan setinin bir adet olmasi bununla birlikte masa ve sehpanin tozlu olmasi bizim icin hos degildi. Odaya konuk alinmadan once odanin son bir kontrolden gecmesi ilk izlenim icin onemlidir. Diger zamanlarda bu sorun yasanmasada genel olarak iyi bir konaklamaydi diyebirim.

Resepsiyon hizmeti kötü, gerisi gayet iyi.

Otel güzel olmasına rağmen resepsiyondaki İrem Hanım ve Özgen (?) Bey'in hatası yüzünden istediğim odada kalamadım. Üstelik rezervasyon yapmış olmamam rağmen rezervasyonumun görüntülenemediği söylendi. Kaldı ki rezervasyon sonrası arayıp teyit etmiştim. Herşey güzel, resepsiyon hizmetleri çok kötü ve sorun çözmekten uzak davranış içinde. İnternet erişimi çok kötü

- Otele saat 17'de varmış olmamıza rağmen odamız hazır değildi, lobide beklettiler. - Executive odada kalmamıza rağmen ilk gün verilmesi gereken odaya meyve ikramı verilmedi. - Kahvaltıda bir çok çeşit mevcuttu, ancak her şey ikinci kaliteydi. - SPA saat 10'da açılmasına rağmen saat 11'de gittiğimizde müşteri yok diye saunayı ısıtmamışlardı. Söyledikten sonra açtılar, saat 12'de hala ısınmamıştı. Saat 13'te tekrar gittiğimizde ise müşteri yok diye düşünerek tekrar kapatmışlardı. - Kablosuz internet bağlantısı sürekli kopuyordu.
