The staff was very nice and friendly. The food in the restaurant was salty and not tasty. There was not enough heat in the cold room in the middle of winter. The space heater was just enough to provide some heat.The hot water geyser gave enough hot water just to wash your face and shave. Then you have to wait another 30-40 minutes to get the same amount of hot water. We could not a shower during our stay. The taxi provided by the hotel charged us a huge amount (INR 1600) for a short trip to a nearby tea garden.
