Staff were very helpful and courteous especially Stan who checked us in upon our arrival at the front desk.
We both enjoyed our prepaid breakfast.
Parking a ok .
We stayed before and will again.
One recommendation, replacement of toilets would be appreciated since they are so low."

6.8 dari 10, (997 ulasan)
"This is not a 5 star hotel; it's old and dated. However, I had a 5-star 2-night stay there.
Very quiet; comfortable bed; coffee maker (didn't need microwave or fridge); oodles of desk and table space; clik flooring (ie not carpet). Absolutely adequate for a good night's sleep. Lots of shopping and restaurants within walking distance."

9.8 dari 10, Sempurna, (44 ulasan)
"We found Nalu Retreat to be a true gem! The Dome was just like it appears in the photos. Everything was clean, clean, clean and tastefully done. As a former boutique hotel manager & chef I was impressed with the attention to detail. Comfortable leather sofa, extra throws, nature sounds, plenty of plugs, kitchen supplies, Robes, Turkish towels, goodies in the kitchenette, too many to mention. We were enthralled with the setting and enjoyed our time in the hot tub and the privacy surrounding us....
