"The washer/dryer did not work. I messaged the property twice, but they never responded. I had to find a laundering service, and I spend a lot of time and money to launder my clothes. Also, the property was filthy!! It's been 10 days, and the property still has not responded to my messages."

"The room looks nice, and I think the location is good. However, the maintenance could definitely be better. There’s no elevator, and the fan really needs a good cleaning.
There were also no instructions on how to use the Google controller, which I think is also the thermostat. "Nice little apartment extremely well located. There is a train that runs just under the property, but it was not that bad to be honest.
The apartment was spacious and had a fan which helped a lot in the little mini heatwave we had here in Scotland.
The host was very accommodating and helpful I would stay at this location again."
