"Excellent housekeeping and concierge staff. The gentlemen at the entrance of the door were always quite polite and eager to help. The lady who services the room, quite polite and always wants to help.
Front desk staff were unpleasant, at times. WiFi does not work at all."

"This hotel is really pretty. The lobby is not quite as beautiful as the rooms. The view is worth it. The rooms have a kitchenette and washer/dryer. There's a beautiful bathroom with a smart toilet. The breakfast is a huge buffet with wetrn and Chinese food. The only problem is that it's on the other side of the river from the central area with shops and restaurants, so you have to take a taxi to go get dinner or anything.
