"The hotel facilities and amenities were as good as any international 5-Stars hotel. What inspired me was the customer service rendered. I injured both knees after a local mountain hike and had to be rested for couple of days in the hotel. Walking was difficult and all the assistance rendered by the staff made this bearable. The injuries improved a little and managed to fly home with minimal drama. In short, I am grateful to everyone who had made this stay memorable."

"Great stay at Xi'an Eastern House Boutique Hotel. Perfect location right by the Bell Tower and Muslim Quarter, everything is walkable. Room was clean, comfortable, and quiet with good WiFi. Staff were friendly and helped us with directions and Didi to the station. Great value and location for exploring Xi'an. Would stay again."

"Very comfortable stay, great location and close to everything. Breakfast has a great spread and staff made hot food if requested. One of the front desk staff, John Tang, was very very helpful - right from checking in to changing our reservation to accommodate an early checkout. He spoke great English and went out of his way to help and advise us with our siteseeing actitivies. Muslim Quarter and Drum and Bell towers are in walking distance from the hotel. I would surely go back again."
