"I had high expectations for the Grand Hyatt Xi'an, but unfortunately our stay did not live up to its five-star reputation. The hotel itself is beautiful and impressive in size, but that's where the "grand" experience ended for us. We booked two rooms, and the air conditioning in one of them did not work. "My friend tasted some wine from the room and lobby in the hotel . When we checked out the front desk didn’t know how much money we needed to pay. Because we were waiting for 30 min to find out that caused us delayed. We almost miss the flight"

"Most of the staff were able to speak english which is rare to find in China. The staff made our stay comfortable and helped us to arrange transportation to terracota and train station. The hotel even equipped us with hotel card to make it easier for tourist communicate to taxi driver. The size of the room is huge and comfortable. we do pay extra for buffet breakfast, but the quality and taste was okay."
