"Each staff member knew 3 to 5 language so we were able to communicate easily. As an English speaker this made my stay much better- I was last in the Czech Republic 40 years ago no one, outside of Prague, talked English so being able to communicate was wonderful. The staff was helpful with evey one of our requests and breakfast was amazing, almost overwhelmingly with all the possibilities. "People are friendly, rooms are nice, modern, clean and spacious but it's unbearable in the summer with no AC. It is not the fault of staff, it's management. The excuse is old buildings, can't apply, rules, cost, etc but Asia has way more ACs. I am European and there have been heat waves every summer since I can remember.
