"I honestly did not have high hopes but this independently owned hotel blew it out of the park. I was impressed by the cleanliness of the entire hotel, especially the room. The breakfast was very good. It was listed as continental, but there were hot items as well. Is located about 5 miles from UMaine and will be our go to hotel for the next three years."

"Terrible Room smelled awful I open up the window left came back smell still there smell like butt and feet the chair was disgusting I had to stay in my son dorm room for the night I complain no accommodation the hotel looks nothing like the pictures need to be torn down Never again everyone deserve better no matter who you is"

"Whenever we're in the area, we always try to stay here. The rooms are awesome, always clean, comfortable beds, staff is great & we always enjoy the breakfasts (there is quite a bit to choose from....hot & cold....and they're good about keeping it well stocked). There's tons of parking & it's in a safe/beautiful area."

"Breakfast menu was fresh and large servings. Cleaning of the rooms and restocking of drinking water, toilet paper etc did not happen routinely. "

"I did not use the laundry services. We did have a very slow leak in the bathroom, that was coming from the room above us. It was reported it and the manager did what he could, but it was still working through the cement floor. He was going to change or room, but the only option was to go to the second floor. I was using a walker and could not do the stairs, no elevator. They gave us extra towels to put where it would drip. All was good and we were compensated. The manager was very helpful."

"Second time we stayed here. This was the half way point of our trip and they allowed us to have our dog stay with us. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the staff were very friendly and kind. The Mexican restaurant was really good and not expensive. It’s not a luxury resort, but you get a lot for the price."
