"I expected good, but this was excellent. The motel is clean, comfortable and spacious. The staff are very friendly and everything is in good working order. The location is within easy walking distance to Village Green or to the waterfront areas. Only a couple minutes drive to Acadia park. For some reason the property isn't listed with breakfast included, but breakfast is included and snacks are as well. You can just pick up snacks or drinks any time from the lobby. "This property was in such a great location for our needs. After checking-in, there were a number of restaurants within walking distance and a yummy ice cream shop just down the street. We had a gorgeous view of the Penobscot River and the Penobscot Narrows Bridge which is lit up at night. We lucked out with being there for Bucksport's yearly festival. My kids loved the bouncy houses and shopping at the vendor's tents. We were able to walk right out of our room to see the fireworks that...
