"The location is convenient for walking around town. Plenty of restaurants and stores for shopping. Staff were excellent and always help with your luggage. We developed altitude sickness but the hotel had oxygen and an on-call doctor if needed. The breakfast is open 3a-10a. So many options, especially native foods. I would 10/10 recommend this hotel!!"

We had valuables in the room and our check out was expiring. We rebooked and messaged the hotel. They took care of everything. When we returned all our valuables were secured. "We stayed in the hanging glass capsule. What an adventure! However, safety was top priority. Views are amazing. Property is family owned and Eddy, one of the owners, was on site as well as offered zip lining or hiking. We were greeted with local drink then dinner and breakfast were delicious. The capsule has a jacuzzi with unreal views that we took advantage of! Capsule accommodates up to 4 people and is a unique experience Highly recommend for the adventure seeker. "

"I enjoyed my stay at Atoq. It was convenient to Plaza de Armas, and so much more. We walked everywhere. There were plenty of food options close to us too, as well as laundromats (we used the hotel laundry service, it was very reasonable). Breakfast was so good, I looked forward to it every morning. The staff were beyond kind, helpful and welcoming. My only complaint is, the bed pillows were awful. And the mattress wasn’t too comfortable, my friends had the same sentiment. But the overall general stay was fantastic. "
