Restaurant served excellent food however it was the only option available during our stay (end of March) and it was expensive and really not suitable for very young children. Also only one shop open with limited food options. Not so great for very small children- ..."

"Absolutely unique experience. If you want a fancy western style hotel, don’t stay here. If you want to have a genuinely Japanese experience, in an absolutely stunning area with some of the best snow I have seen in my lifetime, then add Kumanoyo to your list. Personally, I loved this place."
