"It was ok but not worth the 9.0 / 10.0 received that made me decide to stay there. Solid hotel in a great location. Crew was nice but seemed understaffed. Had issues with key card, with tub drain, given access only to go to room and maid was still cleaning, after a decent wait in a warm lobby. I thought it was expensive relative to room and service. "

"Only stayed for a couple nights but it was a nice stay. Room was clean, breakfast was good, pool looked nice. I didn’t get the receptionists name, but she went above and beyond for her guests. She was great! "
