"The room was clean and staff was very friendly. The breakfast was better than expected (biscuits, gravy, eggs, sausage patties, muffin bagels, bread, cereal, homemade waffles, yougurt, fruit) The A/C worked very well, however the unit leaked onto the carpet in front of the window. We immediately informed the staff, who told us we couldn't be moved because the hotel was booked, but as guests checked out the next day we could have a different room. We were ok with that, since the ac worked fine. My family and I spent the next day sight-seeing. We checked with the front desk upon returning and were informed that maintenance had checked and the AC was not leaking anymore, they were unsure why it had leaked at all. They claim to have attempted to contact us to change rooms, but were unable to reach us. They had no other rooms available. "
