"Everything was great. Elevators a little slow because I think out of two, only one was working. Otherwise- all good. Mattress was perfect & that’s what is important to me. Great night sleep. Breakfast in AM also great. Pancakes, oatmeal, eggs, meat patty, potatoes, cereal, bread, bagels, hard boiled eggs, muffins, cookie type triangle baked goods , probably some stuff I left out too. Hampton Inns are great."

"When we arrived, we can't find a single person at the desk. I been look around and yell hello, hello, no one come. I call the front desk number 2 times then a man appear. The wall is very thin. We can hear people talking from the next room clearly. The breakfast area is too small not much of seat for the guests in that morning. The breakfast not much of an option. Everything else are great the room were clean and roomy."

"Property declining. Bleach spots on hallway carpet. Front desk staff loudly talking about frustrations with another staff member during breakfast time. Breakfast is meh—eggs were really watery."

"The staff treated me with the most disrespect gave me a hard time about cleaning towels would not give me a plastic fork after breakfast. I would never recommend this hotel. We have a business where we spend a lot of money on hotels. We chose this one because it was the closest to our site for work, but I will never go back. We will go back to using the Hampton In."

"Just Wonderful! This hotel is gorgeous design wise; a true architectural beauty that pays hommage to heritage design and flanked with modern touches. Everything was spotless and felt like a complete upgrade. The lobby is breathtaking upon arrival and our room did not disappoint. This Hilton made sure that the feeling is anything but generic. The staff was more than accommodating. They were so attentive to every need for food, site seeing etc,. I would be excited to make this my stay in York...

"Once we pulled back the sheets to go to bed, we discovered that the pillowcases were heavily stained, and the bed sheets had hair, stains, and black marks all over them. I immediately contacted the live agent and requested a room or bed change. After waiting for an hour with no response, I reached out again. The agent informed me that she would follow up with the manager to have someone assist us. After another 20 minutes passed, I called again and was asked if we could simply sleep on the dirty...

"Everything was broken in this hotel. Elevators. Computers in the computer room. Phone in our room. Shower heads running water both from the top and bottom at the same time. I ordered the suite and the description and the photos on Expedia was inaccurate so we had to move to another room."

"We ended up leaving our stay early because we came back to ants all over the air conditioner, our cup of water, the center table, a can and clothes, and the back wall. There were stains on the pillow cases. There is a need for new towels as some of them are extremely rough. I literally cut myself with the towel. We did not have shampoo placed in our room, but the bottles are very small so plan on bringing your own. Make note that you can not arrive early because there will NOT be rooms...
