"I have stayed here before without issue. This time they put me in a room that had continuous beeping. I complained but was denied a different room due to none available and NO ONE came to look for the cause. It was 4 miserable nights. It was prepaid so I had no choice but to stay."

"This hotel films people in their room. They made this obvious to me. They also discriminate against guests choosing prices based on if they fit the mold of what they are looking for or not. I was given a key card that with blue tape on it while others were given a purple key card. The gym wreaks of cigarette smoke as does most of the hotel. They choose not to open the windows ever. I was asked to leave for a ridiculous reason when the real reason was that they didn't like that I was a white...

"The good: I enjoyed my room with the jetted bath. I was nice to soak in with all my aches and pains. Went for the fire expo. It was in a good location to get to and from the expo. The Bad: The shower wouldn’t go down so I pulled up the grate and it was all hair. i had to move it because I was already in the shower and all soaped up. The pool was always busy when I was at the hotel so I couldn’t use it (no big deal cause i didnt bring the kiddos). I didn’t like the fact that you had to turn...

"Very helpful & friendly staff. Room was very clean. Breakfast was good. Tight quarters in room. Outside of property looked worn. Fitness center was closed for painting. Traveler in room next door blared television all night long.Not the fault of clerks."

"Our room’s shower is wonderful and the beds very comfortable. The breakfast food is good and there is plenty of room to eat in the breakfast area. The only thing that was not excellent was the tv service for cable news. I spent most of our stay in my room doing computer work while my husband was at a conference and the large desk and comfortable seating were very helpful."

"The room had a water bottle along side of bed from previous guest and there was food on the wall in the kitchenette . The game room was extremely hot. Check-in was easy- staff was pleasant and helpful with anything that was needed. Breakfast smelled good but we didn’t stick around to eat. TVs were very small and had extra Pillows but no pillow cases"
