"When we were looking for a hotel in the Charlotte area and found this great hotel, great staff, room was great. We will definitely stay here again. The pool and patio looked amazing, but we didn’t have time to enjoy it."

"I arrived on a Thursday and checked out the following Monday. My room was very clean and spacious with a king bed, a sofa (with ottoman), a desk, TV and mini refrigerator. The bed was very comfortable to sleep on. There was ample supply of towels and wash cloths. The staff members I dealt with were very polite and helpful. They have Starbucks coffee and serve some food in the lobby bistro area but I can't comment on the food because I didn't eat there. The only thing I will do different next stay is to request a room farther down the hallway away from the door to the parking lot. My room was right next to it and there was considerable traffic, although the building is built well enough that it didn't keep me from sleeping"
