"This is such a beautiful hotel, well positioned in Sydney's inner west. The rooms are clean, beautifully styled and appointed. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. A special mention to Lucas who went above and beyond during my stay. I will be recommending this hotel to family and friends and look forward to returning."

"Quiet, clean, and comfortable. In walking distance to public transport and has great coffee just downstairs. Surrounded by green and walkable. Only slight downsides were the light blocking curtains weren’t 100% effective (lots of street light) and the credit card hold takes ages to release."

They didn’t acknowledge our special occasion, and we had to ask for drink vouchers that were supposed to be included. This is not a 5-star hotel. The room also needs maintenance, as the bathroom cabinet door was broken."

"This was a disaster. Booked through Expedia. Called 3 times to request a rollaway bed no one picked up. Got there 8am with 3 kids (we had booked their top tier room) - told sorry the smallest room with a queen bed is available, the booking should not have gone through. Asked ok at least can we have a rollaway bed as there’s 4 of us. They said sorry layout of the room is such that it won’t fit. No apology it was like they were thinking taking or leave it. He just said ok I’ll give you a refund go...
