"Wunderschöner Aufenthalt im Woolstore 1888 in Sydney. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir den unglaublich freundlichen Service. Als wir erwähnt haben, dass wir uns auf Hochzeitsreise befinden und unser ursprüngliches Zimmer innenliegend war, haben wir sofort und völlig unkompliziert ein Upgrade auf ein anderes Zimmer erhalten. Walking distance to shopping district, Sea Life, King Street wharf,etc. There were fitness center and pool, free to use for Skye suites guests. All good except the vallet parking fee is on the high side. "

"I arrived at the property at 23.10 nobody to help me to get into my room, I sat on the door step until 23.47 when a couple of girls let me in. I was emailing the company to be told they needed $100 in order for them to give me the code to retrieve my pass key. I finally got into my room at 12.24 am. It was dreadful a 64 year old woman on her own to be treated in this way. I was given a voucher for an Italian meal and had to choose from 3 items all containing Gluten which I am allergic.
