"For the price we paid over $580 we expected a lot more. The pool was full of kids screaming and yelling. Wasn't any room for lounging poolside. All the chairs were filled at 9.00am. We thought we would have a sauna only to find it filled was noisy families. Wasn't the romantic getaway we had hoped for. Buffet breakfast not included and when we went to inquire they told us it would be another $100 for my partner and I. Not worth the money. Great for families not great for romantic getaway. "

Loved the message from the hotel telling us that our room was ready early and we could check in and the online check out is so quick and easy. "

"From the moment we stepped in we were greeted politely and the reception staff were just lovely. Our room was clean and comfortable and the complementary water, juice and soft drinks was a nice touch. Centrally located with an easy walk to The Rocks area, CBD shopping or Darling Harbour. Our group have decided that this is the best value for such a beautiful hotel. Definitely will stay again."

"Staff were absolutely fantastic- From the moment i walked in the door, the doorman greeted me and helped me with my luggage. Throught my stay staff were great! The room was large, clean and made up every day. The hotel is centrally located in the heart of sydney close to many shops and a short walk to public transport if going a bit further away. Even at the very end of my stay the doorman not only helped me with my luggage out but he also advised me the platform to take at the closest train station back to the airport. Solo traveller this trip but I will most certainly return to the Paradox for another stay when back in Sydney- either a solo or family trip."
