"First of all, our VIP status was not recognised at any point during check in - we did later get an apple & orange left in our room with a little note but that’s all. location was excellent for seeing lots of things within walking distance. Didn’t use the hotel car park as was far too expensive but we did use the Wilson Angel 1 and it was literally less than a month walk for half the price. We had a few issues in our room, mainly USB charging ports didn’t work which we reported twice but didn’t...

"We stayed for 6 nights at 2 bed and 1 bath apartment. Friendly people at reception.
Very good location, many restaurants, cafe and bakeries nearby. Walking distance to shopping district, Sea Life, King Street wharf,etc.
There were fitness center and pool, free to use for Skye suites guests. All good except the vallet parking fee is on the high side.

"The location is great. Their manager Dave is the super star. The rooms and bathrooms are large and ours had no view. The aircon made a knocking sound and they fixed it. Its a refurbished, 100 yr old building so some issues are bound to happen. Works better as a business hotel."
