"The building was old, but was well maintenance, and cleaned. All of the staff is friendly. The location was convenient to go to the city."

"The hotel is very falsely advertised. The room is very small to the point of being very cramped for even one person. For what you pay a night you could get a room twice as big. The listing advertised soundproofing but the soundproofing is nonexistent. You hear everything the people around you are doing even flushing the toilet. I was on a higher floor but the street noise was still pretty loud so I'm assuming it's even worse on a lower floor. I got the room for the "city view" but the only thing...

"Wunderschöner Aufenthalt im Woolstore 1888 in Sydney. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir den unglaublich freundlichen Service. Als wir erwähnt haben, dass wir uns auf Hochzeitsreise befinden und unser ursprüngliches Zimmer innenliegend war, haben wir sofort und völlig unkompliziert ein Upgrade auf ein anderes Zimmer erhalten. Das hat uns wirklich sehr gefreut. Das gesamte Personal war super herzlich und hilfsbereit. Das Hotel selbst ist modern, stilvoll, sehr sauber und gepflegt. Auch die Lage...

"We stayed for 6 nights at 2 bed and 1 bath apartment. Friendly people at reception. Very good location, many restaurants, cafe and bakeries nearby. Walking distance to shopping district, Sea Life, King Street wharf,etc. There were fitness center and pool, free to use for Skye suites guests. All good except the vallet parking fee is on the high side. "

"Nice boutique hotel within good location of Darling Harbour & Barangaroo. Unfortunately no onsite parking & only option was Wilsons parking & very expensive. Breakfast was very average with minimal selection, which could be improved"

"Lovely hotel with very helpful staff on reception, with a very quick and efficient check in. Room was very modern and spacious. Large bathroom with seperate shower, toilet and large bath. Location fabulous for getting around Sydney, close to station and light rail. Lots of restaurants, cafes and bars close by."

"We loved our stay at the Kimpton Margot Hotel, location is so close to train , rail, metro and bus. The hotel building was beautiful, and the staff super helpful. So many unexpected "extras" , from the free bikes to rent, juice in the morning, and complimentary "happy hour". We would not hesitate to return. One of our favourite hotel stays!"

"Very clean and well appointed room. Friendly, helpful staff. Appreciated the focus on sustainability (reusable water bottles in the room, filtered water station on each floor, reusable cloth shopping bag in each unit). Location was excellent, within easy walking distance of many attractions, restaurants and shopping areas including Darling Harbour and Barangaroo. Really enjoyed our stay very much!"
