"We appreciated how modern the facilities were. The room was quite small but it was adequate for our needs. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was roomy. A Dyson hairdryer made an excellent impression. We enjoyed the Nespresso machine in the room and the filtered water that was available in the corridor outside our room. The hotel is very conveniently located for transport options (including to and from the airport) and walking distance to Darling Harbour and the new Sydney Fish Market...

"We stayed for 6 nights at 2 bed and 1 bath apartment. Friendly people at reception. Very good location, many restaurants, cafe and bakeries nearby. Walking distance to shopping district, Sea Life, King Street wharf,etc. There were fitness center and pool, free to use for Skye suites guests. All good except the vallet parking fee is on the high side. "

"Overall our stay was great. Found someone’s pool and some pubic hair under the vanity on the floor and there were some stains/marks on the tile wall of the shower but otherwise the room was clean. I ordered uber eats and wrongly assumed that the concierge might have enquired as to who the order was for and for them to call my room. I didn’t expect the staff to bring it up to me but a phone call to let me know my order had arrived would have been appreciated. Otherwise the staff were lovely and...

"The room was clean but there was no water bottles or any amenities in the bathroom besides the soap and shampoo and conditioner! When checking in, the staff did not acknowledge that we were there for anniversary celebration! And we were not offered anything. It felt a little disappointing…"

"Room wasn’t clean and when we asked for the bedding to be changed due to stains they just remade the bed with the same stained sheets. Room size was way too small for a queen room and the wash basin was a part of the room with the toilet and bathroom taking the rest of the space in an already tight small room space."
