It was my son's 8th birthday on the day we arrived and they set up balloons, treats and a hand written note from one of the managers. "

"A really nice boutique hotel. A king size bed in a small space gives the rest of the room a larger feeling and a nice size bathroom & shower. A great stay."

"We booked a 2 bedroom Pyrmont view suite. We didn’t get the pyrmont view but we were pleasantly surprised by the size of the balcony, the elegant rooms and the closeness to hotel amenities. We missed out on the dinner buffet, but the Harvest breakfast buffet was very good! We can’t wait to book another stay here"

"We stayed for 6 nights at 2 bed and 1 bath apartment. Friendly people at reception. Very good location, many restaurants, cafe and bakeries nearby. Walking distance to shopping district, Sea Life, King Street wharf,etc. There were fitness center and pool, free to use for Skye suites guests. All good except the vallet parking fee is on the high side. "

"Really love the hotel. We rented with breakfast which implied a higher price, after that we rented a tour and was at 7, the time the breakfast started so we ask the front desk if the next day we can bring our son and a friend to breakfast with us to use the breakfast we didn’t have because of the tour. They say NO, we also ask the restaurant the same and they say NO. I didn’t see the problem as part of the breakfast was buffet and saying NO made us feel bad …"

"Excellent location, professional and courteous staff. The room was amazing! Great facilities, you can fine or drink there if you wish. The happy hour at 5, you get free, excellent wine for 1 hour. What’s not to like?"

"The first day breakfast after arrive at night the male servant is very rude. Try to stop me adding my breakfast even though still have 15 minutes before cut off time. He is not qualified working in service business. That is why the second day and third day we don’t want to spend another dime for breakfast. "
