"Worst experience ever! Trust me, DO NOT book a room at this hotel!! We got there, and the staff wasn't welcoming at all. I went to check-in and no "hello", no "how can I help you", or a "thank you." Staff never even cared to look me in the eye while talking to me, just not caring. Then the elevators weren't working and we were put on the third floor. We got to the room, no water bottles provided. The worst part of the experience was the water pressure of the shower. The pressure was so so so low...

"I have stayed at this location for the better part of a month, That time involved extending reservations, changing rooms and other hotel actIvities. The staff was always ready to do what it took to meet my needs. After the last stay my daughter had forgotten a package and the staff spent a lot of time and effort locating it so I could get it back to her."
