"Everything was good: clean rooms, good breakfast, etc., but the thing that bothered me was that they are now charging $3.00 a day for parking. I get it in a downtown location where parking is at a premium, but in Spring, Texas? Why? It's not much, but I'll find a similar quality hotel to stay in next time that doesn't charge for parking."

"New property, staff was friendly and helpful. There is no elevator, just 2 sets of stairs. The room has a fridge and microwave as well as an ice bucket but there are no ice machines on the property. There is a washer and dryer, very expensive $4 per load. Water pressure is very soft. A/C was good, blew cold!!
For the area, it was a decent stay for needing close to the ballpark."

"Lost my bag after I left it at the front desk and the staff said they would take care of it. Had all my personal items and some very valuable. Since the bag has gone missing they have done nothing to help and resolve the issue. Apologies in the beginning but now that I am out of town they won’t even respond.
Disgusting and unacceptable/unprofessional behaviour by a hotel!!"
