"This hotel claims to have a hot breakfast. But for 3 days they had a sign that said their oven was broken so no hot breakfast. The last two days the entire breakfast area was closed by the State health department. I asked about a reduction in rates but the clerk said he didn't have any control over that. Also one of the elevators was broken the entire time we were there. I also found a barrette and a TV remote under the bed, so apparently the bed hadn't been cleaned under"

"The pool wasn’t heated for our stay in March, which we had planned to use. One of the main reasons for booking. We have stayed here before, and The forgot to mention, we didn’t want a room over the roof and outside air conditioning unit. So it was noisy!
On Monday morning, there was a lady with 4 boys who came in from outside and over took the breakfast, piling food and breakfast sandwiches on extra plates. She completely wiped out some food stations with extra plates. When they finished...

"I had a really good and clean room. However, the area was different. I heard of Tomball, but never stayed in the area. The motel is adjacent to another hotel/motel that has a lot of people I think are suspect. Its just different. Nevertheless, I would stay here again. Lastly, it was peculiar that there were cows in a little pasture across the street and the service attendant was very accommodating. "
