"Friendly and helpful staff. Clean space. I didn't like finding out after the booking that I'd have to pay a daily amenities fee which covered a mini cocktail in the lounge and the coffee and water that was in the room. I would have rather known that when I was making my decision to book."

"Perfect location if you're going to the fantastic Museum of the Bible. Good service. The room had no coffee maker and VERY little counter space in the bathroom. The king bed was hard and only had 2 pillows. We asked for more and easily got them from the helpful staff (there was supposed to be a pillow drawer under the bed, but our accessible room didn't have one)."
