"I travel a lot for work, and it was great to find this little hotel off the beaten track. The owners are friendly and welcoming, and the room was comfortable and well laid out, with plenty of space. I used the link in the booking confirmation to find the hotel without any trouble, but take care to follow the signs."

"I booked the room for my colleague, she said, "the hotel is dodgy, quite dirty and a hostel with interesting characters, smells of weed and generally no safety… the breakfast was really bad and I was the only one there… it seems like it’s not a hotel that is actually used for tourism/business." She felt so unsafe that she left after the first night. I am writing to request a refund. Please advise."

"We had a really lovely stay at this hotel. The staff were welcoming and helpful from check-in to departure, and the room was spotless, comfortable, and well equipped. The bed was especially comfortable, which made for a good night sleep. Breakfast had a good variety of options and everything was fresh and well presented. Overall, a relaxing and enjoyable experience. I’d happily stay here again and would definitely recommend it to others looking for a comfortable and convenient hotel stay."

Al nostro arrivo abbiamo avuto un problema con la camera (lenzuola pulite ma presenza di peli/capelli), e l’addetto alla reception ci ha gentilmente proposto di cambiare camera. La camera La colazione è abbastanza varia, presenta molte opzioni salate/scozzesi ma anche diverse alternative dolci e ci è piaciuta."

"This was a lovely wee family-run hotel that is extremely well located for the University of Aberdeen and some of the historic sites in that area. I rented the single bedroom with ensuite toilet and shower, which was very good for solo-traveller. The bed was nice and comfy and the room had a small table and plenty of storage for clothes. There was also a small ironing board and hair-dryer. The shower was nice and hot, with good strong water pressure, so ideal. The cooked breakfasts were...
