"Our room had ants and we never got any soap for the bathroom but other than that it was a really nice stay in a great location"

"Breakfast was very simple, almost non existent. We stayed 4 nights. Didn't have room service until the last day. Had issues on getting extra pillows."

"Lobby and rooms were clean. Breakfast could have more no pork options and plain eggs. Front desk staff could be more friendly and not sarcastic because of the color of our skin. Also, there was no parking available the next day and I had to park in the handicap spot but let the front desk know."

"I did like the property but Expedia was unfair to me.Because I purchased the room through. Expedia.When I arrived at the front desk in the hotel , they did not have my reservation listed in their computer. So what I'm trying to say, Expedia already accepted my credit card, but at the hotel they didn't not have me in their computer."

"The room smelled awful. It was musty/moldy. You could hear everything! People next door were talking at a normal volume and it was like they were the same room. Couldn’t even closed the drapes and I was in the first floor so people could see it. I didn’t sleep at all."

"I was pleasantly surprised at the authenticity of the building and decor of the 18th century era. The owner puts great effort into making it an enjoyable experience. As a history fan this place surpassed my expectations. The breakfast was wonderful too!"
