"Lady at the front desk I at check in and when we left, they were awesome. Polite, friendly and knowledgeable. Breakfast wasn't great. Some kind of eggs n meat would be more appropriate because a lot of people cannot eat carbs."

"This facility is well worn. Exterior carpeting is old and dirty. Entry door not well sealed. Bath sink was not cleaned properly in the bowl. Shower soap and shampoo pumps (in shower) were empty. Bottom of shower door has mold. A white bed pillow had black stains. The other bedding was fine. Refrigerator was full of water and not wiped clean. "

"I arrived and I had to fight to unlock my door due to a loose knob. Once inside, the only part of my room that was cleaned was the bed. I was told there were no other rooms available. I went to CVS and purchased cleaning supplies and immenities. I cleaned my own bathroom, sink, counters, and refrigerator. The only thing I didn't have was a broom. I picked up the room phone to call the front desk to request a broom. It didn't work. There was no dial tone. At this point I decided to check out the next day. My original reservation was for 2 more days. I made a video of everything before, during, and after getting cleaned. I purchased beach towels to use as rugs. I will never stay at this hotel again."

"Disappointing! Usually stay at Hiltons when away. Our preferred Hilton was full. Since I had never stayed at a Tru by Hilton, I decided to give them a try. First off, my wife discovered that the sink was leaking. I had to place the shade back in its track to block the light. The breakfast was also lacking and disappointing. Extremely disappointed in Hilton for having such a poor hotel. Will never stay at another Tru."

"Overall impression of property was good. Breakfast was not fabulous, but there was plenty available of what they were providing. Water pressure in shower was excellent, and the bed was very comfortable. "

"The rooms and hallways are tired. The lobby used too much air freshener. They were painting the exterior when we got there so they are spiffing up the exterior. The bed was comfortable."
