"No wifi available, which was very disappointing. The gas heater turned off regularly (every 15 mins or so) and had to turned on again so the room was not continually cosy and warm. "Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing. The Garden Deluxe Room was located right next to the main road, and the constant traffic noise made it difficult to sleep or relax. Even the balcony faced the road, so it wasn't the peaceful setting we expected. The in-room hot tub looked great in theory, but it wasn't practical. The water jets were so powerful that they splashed water onto the nearby carpet, and there was no way to adjust the pressure. It also made the room very steamy, so we ended...
