Marriott at the University of Dayton
The Breakfast was great, room and amenities excellent. I ate dinner at the bar, and the food was wonderful as well. The wine options could be better. Sara the bar team was excellent, and Mark of the front desk was a delight and kept the water filled. I will return and stay on my next visit.

While the room was very clean, it had a very horrible odor like people who were unclean, and you could still smell the lingering odor of people who obviously don't bathe or something. This smell almost triggered me to change rooms, but I ran the shower as a way to diffuse the smell. Very disappointed ...

The hotel is clean and is going thru renovations. They have painted the hotel inside and out with new inviting colors. Newly painted with new carpeting and curtains in the rooms as well. Fantastic location, cross the street from a minor league baseball park (High A level) with restaurants and bars around the park. Clean room and great coffee in the morning!
