"Literally the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in when I checked in there was water on my floor. The pony wall between the bathroom and the room was filthy on top. The bathroom counter had black stuff all over it. The furniture was covered with random paint everywhere. The tops of the cabinet under the TV was burned. And peeling all over the place. The night stands too. When I complain to the front desk about how dirty the room was, they said they would have somebody come and clean it and instead of actually cleaning the pony wall they just stuck a box of Kleenex over the top. My shower curtain was ripped. Which wouldn’t stay in place when I took a shower, causing water to get all over the floor. I complained about the shower curtain three days in a row, and they kept telling me they would fix it and never did. I actually left a day early. I just couldn’t take it anymore and their lack of caring about how a customer is treated. The hotel is very old and in desperate need of renovation. The pools are closed. The Jacuzzi is closed. The coffee in the morning is terrible with little options for sweetening it."
