The hotel was alright, could’ve been a little neater and cleaner. We heard multiple gun shots and cops. It was NOT the best. We will not be coming back here again for spring break. Thanks

We stayed here at the sea dip for the motorcycle gathering Biketober this October. Amazing location - a short walk to Main Street where all the bikes gather and parade. This location has a great view of the ocean we slept with the sliding door open and got to hear the waves all night long. Parking was easy at the property, elevator made accessing the unit easy, pool was nice to do some laps. Would definitely come back, highly recommended. The location really doesn’t get much better than this sea dip delight. I’ll be missing the view from the balcony and watching the tide come in and out. Sunrise was also perfect right on the beach there.

The room was pleasant and the view was stunning. However, we did not receive the key for pool or beach access, which prevented us from enjoying either amenity. Our messages were read but ignored, which is quite unfortunate, as the beach appeared to be beautiful.

The room was somewhat clean. There is no staff i thank I like the part we’re you check in on line and they give you a code for the lock on the door. The ocean view was spectacular.

An AMAZING Beach view

We had such a nice time! Our room was all that we needed. Rafael was so quick to get back to me! I will definitely like to stay at Sea Dip again while visiting Daytona. The beach view was amazing. From the front door and from the back patio.

Not enough info to let you know where your room was, or elevator to take. The comforter was dirty. Not enough towels for 4 nights. Overall a quiet stay.

I didn't even stay here. I tried canceling well in advance because of a family emergency. I'm not happy about the fact that I don't get my money back. Someone is getting my money for services that I didn't even use. I called and emailed Sea Dip resort and never received any responses before the stay. I will definitely never book through Hotels.com again or book with Sea Dip Resort. Had I received my money back this review may have been different. I never saw where it was non-refundable and Sea Dip Resort couldn't provide me with the proof it was non-refundable.I would not recommend staying here especially if you have an emergency and have to cancel.

I booked a room for the 4th of July, drive an hour to get there. Show up and the front desk check in is locked. Its totally empty in there. A sign is posted out on the window, saying you have to get a hold of the 3rd party booking serivced used to check in. But we also needed a parking pass to stay there. So how are we suppose to get that?... Meanwhile Ive been calling the number over and over listed on the website...no answer. Called Expedia and they had to leave. Message with them and still no response back. Such an inconvenience for my family and I this whole trip. The grounds we dirty, building so run down. We had to drive an hour back after the fireworks show. SO NO I DONT RECOMMEND THIS DUMP AT ALL.

No service at check in. Keys provided to open gate/doors were barely working. Smell like weed all the time even though was “smoke free place”. Indoor pool super dirty with weed on the water. Parking spot for one car only. Had to pay $100 on a garage parking. Room OK Nice view.

The TV remote did not work properly. No sofa as shown in picture. No pan to make breakfast. Toaster faulty. Ceiling fan light came on by itself in middle of the night several times, waking us up. Amenities like a can opener, salt/pepper shakers and small hand soap in bathroom would have been thoughtful.

I loved my stay here! It is a perfect small condo type unit with a kitchenette. Perfect area to be very close to the boardwalk, but not in the center of all the tourist spots. Shops, and restaurants were maybe 5 min drive away at the most! Only walk across the parking lot distance to the beach! 10 minute walk down the beach to the pier!

The description says it was a panoramic view of the ocean but what it didn’t mention was if you stood only on one side otherwise there was the wall. No kitchen trash can. Water pressure in the shower was horrible but blew you away in the kitchen sink. No place to put your bar of soap in the shower and no place to hang your towels when you get out of the shower. Don’t think about relaxing before bed and watching a little TV if you don’t have a subscription to a streaming service. Which I do but don’t wanna put my login in on a public TV. The light above the bed came on all by it self at 9pm 130 am and 5 am to which the ceiling fan turned off. The AC in the room couldn’t keep up. No extra toilet paper. We had 1 Roll for 3 nights and had to go find some on Sunday before checking out. Walls and base boards are beyond dirty. I messaged the staff on Thursday before I left my home and never heard back from them. Stay away from room PH29 on the 5th floor.
