"I arrived early from the airport and staff made sure I was in a room well before my check in time. I was very grateful! The room was clean, very quiet for being so close to an airport. I enjoyed the restaurant for multiple meals and found the food quality and portions to be very enjoyable."

"We arrived to a clean room that was ready for our stay. The room was large and had the expected amenities. The shower delivered plenty of hot water at a fast speed from a large shower head. A little too fast for the drainage which was a tad bit sluggish. The room was very quiet and blocked interior hotel sounds as well as outside traffic sound. The AC worked great. The bed was The perfect combination of furnace and softness. No complaints from us. "

"Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The room was fantastic—spotlessly clean with a huge, spacious bathroom. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our visit. It’s also in a prime location surrounded by plenty of great restaurants. Highly recommend!"

Our room however had an awful smell in it of cigarettes, the sheets were dirty with stains and crumbs in both beds. We found John who was the maintenance man. "I guess they were doing some updates at the hotel. They did not have any non-smoking rooms. Paint in the tub/shower was peeling in moat areas. Tight quarters for the toilet and tub in same "closet". Only need it for one night thankfully."

"Everything was perfect. Extremely clean! Staff was wonderful and the breakfast was amazing! We brought our dog and 11 year old and we would stay over and over! Super kid friendly and dog friendly!"

"We stayed here one night before a flight. We had a car to return so didn't use the shuttle. The room was clean and well laid out (we had a suite with a sofa). There was plenty of room for us to do some repacking. The staff were helpful and breakfast in the morning was very nice. The price was good too. We would stay again if we needed to fly in or out of CVG airport. "

"Place was a dump. My room looked like it had been previously broken into. The deadbolt was one that was added on & was difficult to work. The floors were filthy, with hair & dirt everywhere. I didn't ever touch the floor with my bare feet."
