"Lovely Manor House Hotel property set within its own grounds and beautiful gardens, only a few miles outside of Oudtshoorn. Lovely large bedroom and bathroom. Comfy bed, fluffy towels and toiletries with room service each day. Excellent breakfasts with good choice of healthy options and hot selection cooked fresh to order. The owner and staff were extremely helpful and friendly. "

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at old Mill. We were in one of the tents which have air conditioning, which was nice since it was a little warm and it was on the river driving by the other places I think we made the right choice. Dinner was fantastic My only complaint is they say it’s working ostrich farm so I was really looking forward to seeing and interacting with ostriches. They had four that you could feed mind you. They bite a little lol and 20 or so as you leave. Besides that great place"

"A lovely 3-night stay at this homely, rustic-style guest house. With a warm, friendly greeting we felt right at home from the start. In a very convenient, easily walkable, yet quiet location right in the centre of Oudtshoorn, with a delightful garden and pool area and safe on-site parking, this guesthouse is a gem. "Very good, if somewhat impersonal, service. It was located at the far end of the town on the main road (a 2 minute drive to the shops). The room was amazing with a private pool, comfortable lounge with sky news and very large bed. Water was not unfortunately provided free. The food in the restaurant and at breakfast was excellent. This is a very good place to stay and I would highly recommend it."
