"We came to celebrate our anniversary with a short weekend trip. We loved our stay. The room was so unique and comfortable."

"The place has potential to be a freest resort site. Granted we went during What We assumed was off season. There was less people so it made navigating the place easier. A few of the amenities were closed during the day. A few of the water park rides closed during 2-3 pm each day for maintenance. The places needed more activities to keep the kids busy and entertained. Otherwise it's a nice weekend getaway for people with kids who love water parks and outdoor hikes."

"This was our fourth time at Shandaken Inn. Sadly this time it was only for one night, but it was such a wonderful treat. The staff is so friendly, the food and drinks are inventive and delicious (the pickled green strawberries in the salad that came with my salmon were phenomenal). We love the grounds - the evening was the perfect chilly night to cozy under one of the provided blankets around an outdoor fire pit. The room and little thoughtful touches were lovely. We love the bath products Shandaken Inn uses and started splurging on the same brand so we can feel pampered at home. Can't wait until the next time I get to go back!"
