"Really was not expecting much and this place managed to disappoint. In need of serious deep clean. German roaches. Installations generally run down. Allotted 2 bath towels, 1 hand towel, and a washcloth for each of two rooms booked for 4! No soap, no dishes, no nothing. Windows do not have blackout curtains, only blinds. Very loud exterior door alarm sounds when people use back door at all hours. Loud traffic noise, can hear everyone in the halls.

"Both of the rooms they tried to give my daughter smelled like cigarette smoke and their signage specifically states that if they even smell smoke, they keep your deposit. It was a pit, she stayed at a different hotel and we got a refund."

"It's a very new property, well maintained and clean, but over the course of our three-night stay the room was never serviced and the excuse given was "housekeeping is very busy", a slightly insulting non-answer in my view.
They did bring additional towels but no linens or other normal service items - this was a strange but inexcusable blip in an otherwise wonderful stay in a clean, modern, conveniently-located hotel."

"I had a fantastic stay overall. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was fresh with plenty of great options. The bar food was also excellent and a nice bonus. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which really made the visit special. The elevators were a little tricky to figure out at first, but not a big issue. Highly recommended!"

"This was such a pleasant stay! Perfect two night stay, location was close enough to go to downtown for fun as needed but not far to make it a long drive. Was in a nice quiet neighborhood, parking was great, staff were always friendly at all times and the room itself was well maintained and clean! The pool was great and while I didn’t get to try breakfast it was a nice touch to know it was there! Would absolutely stay again."

"First, I like the location and has lots of restaurants in walking distance. It felt safe and secure.
Secondly, they accept pets, which was a big plus.
Lastly, the room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. It has a small fridge and plenty of storage space. I will definitely rebook again when visiting or traveling through the area."
