The good: Great water pressure, temperature and amenities in the bathroom.
The Bad: Subpar check in customer service. We were not made aware of breakfast hours or even the wifi passcode. I know it was Chrsitmas day but the morning staff was slightly friendlier. The entrance also smelled like old hotel.
The ugly: Bathroom was not cleaned. The toilet had urine drops and there was hairs on the floor.
A woman received her Christmas gift and was VERY loud about it until about 1:30am. We ended up cranking the AC to muffle the sounds. It felt very motel.
We also found a bug on the bed in the morning and received a random, not requested, wake up call at 5:30am!
We only stayed one night, and decided to move on with teens on tow.
