"Overall this was a good basic room. When I say basic though, I mean it. Not a drawer in sight. No safe. Very small bathroom. The biggest issue we had was the sound buffering between rooms and the hallway. We had a dog barking next to us the first night. Fortunately the staff were good at addressing the issue. Although the listing said Mountain View room - there was a tree right outside our window (#308) but we were there to see the mountains while outdoors and not sitting inside the hotel...

"I would not recommend this location because we found the conditions of the rooms poor and lack of customer service. The entire suite is poorly lit, and the blinds didn’t work so we just left them open the entire time to keep light in. The washing machine didn’t work, and we needed to depend on that traveling with young children. The bathroom curtain smelled of mold. So I figured I’d call the front desk (which is only accessible by phone) and 99% of the time, they would never answer their...
